I've worked for Options Family & Behavior Services since September 2017. I have been rewarded multiple times for my hard work and dedication. The Executive team, management and staff are always very helpful and willing to coach in the learning process. I was promoted within my first year into a supervisory role and have been given the tools to succeed. I receive support and guidance in the decisions I make within my own department and within matrixed departments. Im currently going here and I think it's ok...the therapists could be more helpful but other than that the people are nice and I think its good, Options makes me have motivation to stay sober I haven't smoked or drank in 20 days :D I'd recommend this to people who struggle with addiction and mental health issues.
