Sage Prairie is the best outpatient treatment center I have ever been to and I have been to quiet a few unfortunately. Katie and Marcus and Anne are all amazing. They really know how to care for and treat addicts seeking recovery. They really get to know who you are and care about your personal life. I couldn't ask for a better place to get sober, all the counselors care truly about people and want what's best for each client.

I miss Katie and the whole staff best OT I ever been too... Katie is actually there cuz she loves it but shes good at it. She relates. besides the doctor who runs. All really kind besides the doctor who runs it is a P. N I've tried to reach out but they've ignored me after I left. If not for that I'd give 5 stars.

Great doctors! The care is exceptional, from the phone intake nurse to the billing staff, they are so compassionate. Never judgemental!

This is a great facility. Katie and Marcus have always been great and bent over backwards to keep my progress going. Rachel is a great counseler as well she is real and genuinely wants to help you! I have nothing but fantastic things to say about everyone here. The UA tech Sandy is even great! If you need help look no further it's working wonderful for me! Thank you Sage Prairie for all the help and support in my recovery!!

Truly a staff of professionals, Katie, Marcus and Mia to name a few. I highly recommend this facility, as it is their goal to make the patient's goal. They are sincere and genuine in treating each persons needs. I personally send many thanks for all of their dedication and hard work. Thank you!
